Who we are
LuzGrid Tech is a managed IT and cybersecurity company headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California. We bring enterprise-grade security and IT operations to small and mid-sized businesses across Southern California — in English and Spanish — for the kind of company where everyone wears multiple hats and IT can't be one of them.
Most managed IT shops are helpdesk-first. We're the opposite. After watching too many small businesses across Southern California get hacked — and helping pick up the pieces during incident response — we built LuzGrid Tech around a different premise: install a strong security baseline first, then run the day-to-day. Yes, the helpdesk is included. But the part that actually keeps a small business productive isn't answering tickets — it's the controls that prevent the ticket from existing. The same security-first approach applies to one-off projects: when a client brings us in to migrate email or roll out new devices, we set it up the way it should have been from day one — not the cheapest way, not the fastest way, the correct way.

Small businesses deserve enterprise-grade security.
The same MFA, encryption, and email defenses a 500-person firm uses are available to a 10-person practice — usually inside a license you're already paying for. Size shouldn't decide whether you get attacked.

Most work is delivered remotely — secure remote tools mean we can fix the majority of issues without driving out. When something needs hands on hardware, we come on-site. We are bilingual (English / Spanish) and support customers in either language by default.
