Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), and the message you send. When you take our security self-check, we don't collect any personal data unless you choose to share it at the end.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for traffic measurement. GA4 stores a cookie in your browser and reports anonymized session statistics back to us. We do NOT use GA4 ads features and we do NOT cross-reference your visit with any ad network identifier.

How we use it

Contact form submissions go to our customer relationship management system (CRM). We use them to respond to your inquiry. We may follow up by email about IT topics relevant to your business. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do NOT sell your data, ever, to anyone, for any reason.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: GA4 analytics, a consent-banner state cookie, and (when you log into a portal session) a session token. Our cookie banner lets you decline analytics if you prefer.

Your rights (CCPA/CPRA, California residents)

You have the right to: know what personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; opt out of any data sale (we don't sell, so this is moot); receive a portable copy.

Data retention

Contact form submissions: retained for 7 years (typical business-records retention) unless you ask us to delete them sooner. GA4 user-level data: retained for 14 months per Google's standard.
