Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by LuzGrid Tech LLC, 13502 Whittier Blvd Ste H PMB 435, Whittier CA 90605 ("LuzGrid Tech," "we," "us").

What we send

LuzGrid Tech employees use their business phone numbers for one-to-one, conversational texting with our clients and their staff — support ticket updates, appointment and onsite-visit confirmations, and replies to your questions.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from LuzGrid Tech, verbally or in writing, when you become a client, request support, or schedule service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your support activity.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, email outreach@luzgridtech.com, or call (949) 594-0742.

Opt out

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. We may send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.

Reply START to resume.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the providers that deliver our messages (for example, Microsoft and wireless carriers) or as required by law.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
