Subprocessors

LuzGrid Tech LLC uses the third parties listed below to deliver our services. Some of them process client data, and where noted, that includes protected health information (PHI).
This page is how we notify clients of subprocessor additions and changes. If you are a covered entity or an upstream business associate, this is the notice our Data Processing Agreement refers to.

How we notify you of changes
We update this page within 30 calendar days of executing a new subprocessor agreement. The effective date shown for each entry is the date that agreement was executed, so you can confirm for yourself that the notice was timely.
- Additions, removals, and changes to any entry are published here.
- The last-updated date at the top of this page changes whenever the list does.
- To be notified directly instead of checking this page, email legal@luzgridtech.com and ask to be added to our subprocessor change list.
If your agreement with us gives you the right to object to a new subprocessor, exercising it starts with that same address.
